Hey, there, beautiful soul. Welcome to my website! I am so glad you’re here. My name is Annabelle and I help people have better relationships - with the people they love, their body, their money and themselves.

We tend to think about relationships only in terms of how we relate to another person. I am here to tell you that we have relationships with EVERYTHING!

Relationships with the people you love. There’s no way around it; we absorb and reflect energy wherever we go. You know when you’re not doing so well in your relationships with your loved ones that life feels pretty shitty. You MUST strengthen these relationships in order to live well.

Your relationship with your body. If you are in a state of self-loathing and unable to love yourself, you won’t be able to be healthy. Being in a state of true health does NOT mean punishing yourself for how you look & what you ate. It also does not mean being angry at your parts of your body for being unwell. Gentleness is needed to be physically well.

Your relationship with money. Here’s another very key part of wellness. Your relationship with money can be a beautiful, beneficial thing, or it can be a source of daily frustration and despair. Luckily, you CAN better your relationship with money. You can start to see how it’s a handy tool for you to utilize, and not something you get mad at constantly. Start to think of money as your friend!

Your relationship with yourself. This pertains to your emotional world and how much you can give yourself love and grace. I have a question for you: If your best friend spoke to you the way you speak to yourself, would you still want to hang out with them? It may be high time for you to begin being your own best friend instead of your worst enemy.

Relationships can mean the difference between living a peaceful, fulfilled life, or an anxious, frustrated life.

It’s my passion to help you discover how you can thrive in all these areas! I believe you can have it all and that when one area is strengthened, the others can benefit as well. A rising tide lifts all boats. :)

Yesterday I was clever so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise so I’m changing myself.
