Whole Food Protein Shake

I am on day #13 of a Group Detox that I am hosting! Check out my FB page (same name as this website) to see what the Group Detox is all about. 

I have been making this Whole Food Protein Shake (courtesy of Dr. Hyman) every morning for the last 13 days. It's super yummy and is made from 100% whole, fresh, real food with healthy fats and potent antioxidants. Recipe (Serves 1): 

• 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
• 1/2 cup frozen acai or cranberries
• 1/4 lemon with rind
• 1 tbsp almond butter
• 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tbsp hemp or flax seeds
• 2 walnuts
• 1/4 avocado
• 1/2 tbsp coconut butter
• 1/2 cup unsweetened almond butter
• 1/2 cup water

Choose all organic products!
